Terms of Service

1. Who we are

GirlsWiki is an encyclopaedia of adult performers operated by GirlsWiki. We publish biographical information, community ratings and photographs. We do not host adult video and we are not affiliated with the performers we document.

2. You must be 18 or older

This site contains adult-oriented material. By using it you confirm you are at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. If you are not, leave now.

3. Accounts

An account is free. You confirm it with a code we email you. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will remove content posted by a suspended account.

4. What you contribute

When you submit information, a photograph or a comment you confirm that:

• you own it, or you have the right to publish it here;
• everyone depicted was at least 18 when it was created;
• everyone depicted consented to its publication;
• it is not watermarked, paywalled or otherwise someone else's to sell.

You keep ownership of what you submit and grant GirlsWiki a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on this site. You can ask us to remove your contribution at any time. Karma is a reputation score with no monetary value; it cannot be transferred, sold or redeemed.

5. What you may not do

• Upload material involving anyone under 18. This is the line we will never negotiate, and we report it.
• Upload intimate images published without the subject's consent.
• Impersonate a performer, or claim a profile is your own official page.
• Harass, threaten or dox anyone, including the performers we document.
• Scrape, spam, or manipulate ratings and Versus votes by script.

6. If you are the performer

If a page documents you and you want it corrected or removed, write to info@girlswiki.com or use the report form. We act on performer requests about their own likeness as a priority, and we do not require you to prove a copyright interest to have a photograph of yourself taken down.

7. Sponsored links

Some outbound links are affiliate links and we may be paid when you use them. They never change what we publish about a performer, and ratings are not for sale.

8. No warranty

Biographical information here is compiled from public sources and reader contributions. It may be incomplete or wrong. The site is provided "as is", without warranty, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted by the date above; continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
